Good morning ! As I sit hear writing this I am looking at Luther so groggy from meds, and I am so tired. Yesterday he got fixed, we were up practically all night trying to stay comfy in bed. Finally at 4AM I put him in his crate because poor thing didn’t know what he wanted.
These past few weeks have been hectic with renovating/ cleaning a new house, getting back into town, balancing clients and all that jazz. The one thing I get to do that I truly believe keeps me sane is work out! I wanted to share with you one of my go to brands when it comes to working out!
Working out has never been my favorite thing to do, but the aspect of how it balances me out is why I do it.
Nike has been one of my favorite brands since I can remember. From their sports bras, to their shoes! I recently got these new kicks and have to say that are by far the comfiest Nike shoes I have ever owned! Their brand has always been loyal to their costumers.
With this fall coming up I am so excited for more runs and walks outside!! My routine consists of this >>> workout! I personally use the 12 week plan. I have been such a slacker lately with us being out of town and moving this month there is a lot going on. I can’t wait to get this booty back into shape and share with you all my journey from my workouts to my meals!
